One star for the laugh it gave me at first. Other than that, this could have been a lot better. I consider this more a gadget than a game.

If you're gonna make a game just for the shock value, at least make it fun!
Though killing babies that have been born is technically murder and not abortion, i'll give you a few points for sick sense of humour. I do enjoy a sick joke every now and then.
