This is my Ludum Dare 25 entry, made in under 48 hours! You play as Dracula, who is being evicted from his foreclosed mansion. Priests are trying to kick you out, but you have to collect all of your riches before you leave! This is kind of similar to games like Flicky and City Connection, but the player wraps around the screen (a la Asteroids).

You use the Arrow Keys to run and the Space key to Jump - if you can collect the powerup, you will be transformed into a bat and can clip through the platforms (as well as wrap vertically around the screen).

The point of the game is to collect all of the treasures and reach the exit without getting hit by one of the priests.

PROTIP - You can game the priests behavior by jumping to get them to jump to higher platforms!

I hope you folks enjoy it!

It's kinda hard at times but really cute in a way

lol seems a 30 mins-made game, anyways like the retro music and challenging
protip1: start from up to down
protip2: explain which keys to play

The absurdly slow ticker at the bottom of the title screen explains the play controls - if I had more time to work on the game I could have implemented a little tutorial screen, but I get really anal about the layout of those so I nixxed it.

I thought this was probably the best (of the two) games in this series that I have played. The main reason I didn't like it that much was because it was so hard. It didn't seem to make that much sense as a game from a villian's perspective. Usually, there's numerous villians, but I guess the other game wasn't much better. I do have to praise it for its good graphics. It actually was fairly creative.

I did enjoy how it was so easy to understand. If this is the only level, I wouldn't blame you. I also think the music is pretty stylish and fits the overall tone. It may not be Halloween time, but it's nice to see a vampire. It reminded me of "Pac-Man" with how you could go from one edge to another.

Thanks! I was really challenged by the theme this time! My first attempt was a Dracula Dating Sim, but when the dialog system I was making got to be ridiculous I switched to this.

Hmmm... it can kill... Maybe a minute or too. But, for one, it's really too short, so there isn't any interesting gameplay improvement. Might do it and forget it, sorry...

The controls are a bit airy, but other than that, great game!
