I've played quite a lot of P2P games like this, so I'm not really thrown off for 'Get special item to boost building for only 25 tokens' message. But unfortunately this game, while fun and interesting, seems to be filled with quite a few of them.

It didn't take me long (about 15 days) to make of 10k in gold (even with restocking my supplies and paying my ever advancing two tradesmen). So I thought with this little bit of a nest egg I'll spruce up the place a little. Get a few more patrons and so forth. So I decided to shell out 250 gold for a weapons rack only to be suddenly faced with "Your guild needs to make improvements to their facility before you can place your weapons rack." Wait? What? I'm not part of guild. That just irked me to no end. There wasn't a warning about that before purchasing the item, otherwise I wouldn't have wasted the virtual coin on something useless and unattainable.

The game is quite entertaining, but it would be even more entertaining if you didn't have to spend real coin to enjoy the virtual one. There are far too many constraints for even I to enjoy without shaking a fist at the micro-transaction demon that runs amok in this game.

Like the concept (that's why I give it 2), but when I need "friends" to make improvements I lose interest. I've played other games where you can play with others, where having "friends" make stuff easier to get, but not a must.

STOP! Forcing me to be social! Dammit!

I come here to play little games on my free time. If I wanted to pay for a game I would buy a gaming console or something.
The game has a fun concept, its free to play, but its pay to play without interruptions.
Waiting 10 minutes for each day is outrageous. 10 minutes is my entire smoke break.

I love this game but Im rating it two stars because its bullshit that you need to either pay money for tokens or know loads of people who play this game to get upgrades.

Pay to play in a game like this is just stupid. I have no problem with some micro-transactions though.

Otherwise the game is fairly mediocre.
