It's a good game, and it is addicting. The only downside might be that you have to pay to play continuously; however, I actually found that to be a good thing. It stops me from wasting my day away on it. I'm a busy person.

This game is really rather fantastic.
I understand the sentiments against paying and waiting, but that is simply coming, IMO, from a stance of instant gratification. This game doesn't operate like other games, so I think the point of instant gratification is moot.
Between waits, when I play, I am really enjoying the role of a shopkeeper. I like my guild, I like managing the time it takes to produce items and how I need to decide whether to interact with a customer one way or another.
The only thing I feel is lacking in this game is something to look at while you wait, or at least to receive some metrics and context. Adventurers constantly talk about monsters, but I want to know more about those monsters. Similarly, some descriptions (and the production costs) of items would be more than relevant to my interests.
This game is great and delivers a great experience. I don't understand why people can't see past the tokens and the wait for days.
