This demo is pretty promising, it seems to be a very well thought out game, featuring an actually good story instead of just mindless sex scenes.

At first, the presentation felt like it lacked personality, which threw me off. However, upon realizing what was actually going on, I understood the idea behind everything. This is a mental asylum, it's not meant to be all flashy and pretty. The graphics are simple, but good, and for some reason, I couldn't hear any music throughout the experience (but that one's probably on my clunky computer setup).

The gameplay is simple to say the least. It's got very basic controls and graphic adventure-esque interactions between our main character and the "world" around him. The challenge in the game is hinged on discovering the right thing to do in the right situation to progress the story the way you want it to progress. The choices presented to us are, at times, somewhat hard. For instance, there is a situation where you may choose between respecting a person and getting some sexy time, and that kind of stuff really gets you the first time around, you know. The story, however, is where this game shines.

Like some earlier reviewers have stated, this game has a very engaging story, that paints a rough, but deep portrait of how life in a sanitarium can be sometimes. The fact that the main character fell in love with a girl in such an environment acts as some form of reminder to the external world that sanitarium patients are, indeed, human and, as humans, they desire and cherish the same things any other human does. Maybe I'm overanalyzing it, but the story just... works. And it works well. It helps the overall porn side of things that Andrew's crush is literally a nymphomaniac (whether that is caused by the drugs or not is unclear).

According to some reviews in here, what I can expect from the full game are some more good story, but very few extra sex scenes. I don't mind the shortage of sex scenes given the good story, so I'd like to check it out, it's on my "to do" list (pun half-intended). The sex scenes the demo does contain are nice. None of them is very detailed or very explicit, but the few things they do show in the few details they present, plus the setting in which they happen, are excellent in creating the "atmosphere", so to say, of sexual behavior in an asylum, making them arousing and interesting at the same time.

For some reason, this game makes me... uncomfortable. I think that's how one's supposed to feel when confronted with such a theme. Either way, it managed to elicit just the right feelings, to the point where I even forgot I was planning to... nevermind.

Ah yes, I too tend to pick up women at mental institutions. great game, great story, If it wasn't for the awkward controls I would give a full five

SPOILER. It has good story and is pretty accurate for a psych ward. Bathroom scene is good. The full version adds a bit more for the story but I was disappointed by the remaining sex scenes. In the full version the psychiatrist gives you a hand or you can sneak into Kiernan's room and she gets a lip ride.

So...The inoccent girl is a slut. For all the clingy folks, it'll prolly give ya heart ache. I don't recommend playing if you're kinda wussy like myself :3 Good game other than that. Controls kinda shite btw.
