I won't say this is a bad game. I kind of like the "ironically bad" thing that stick figures have going for them. The game is incredibly irritating, however. The running did this bizarre thing where it gradually sped up and slowed down which has never done any good for *any* standard platformer. I was actually a bit disappointed because I liked the jumping physics and the wall jump and double-jump were nice touches, but they never came into play.
Irritating little bits like the Exit sign not working properly (you have to find and head-butt an invisible block) and an invisible block in level 2 that exists for no reason other than to mess up your platforming (unsuccessfully) make this game a pretty unworthy sit, and I really wanted to see what you could do with it.
It's too basic; try to mix this up a little bit. A lot of the challenges of the game seemed to revolve around not being able to see platforms or tricky jumps related to how hard it is to see where you're going to land. I'd really like it if you could use the wall-jumping and double-jump for something; something basic. I'm not asking for too much here, just take what you have and put a little elbow grease into it.
I know that you're going for a sort of "ironically bad" thing going here, hence the crooked Engrish signs, but that joke only works if your game is actually really good, and it breaks my heart to say that I have to give this a 2.5 at best. I really want to see this game go somewhere but I just can't enjoy it until you throw a little je ne se quois on it.
Also, add some music. Games where the only sound is a jump sound effect (especially when there are no double-jump or wall-jump sounds) make pandas cry.
