Just your luck, your car broke down on a dark, lonesome road. You find this abandoned place and decide to check it out. Once inside you realize that things aren't okay.
Having tried other games of Selfdefiant, I found the puzzles in this abandoned place easy to solve with the clues provided. Also, most items weren't too difficult to find although it took time to search different locations (A-Z; AA-AL). I think I hadn't explored well enough to have missed a gold key and a purple gem. Thanks to the walkthrough. The key was well hidden on a floor tile whereas the gem was found inside a case on the floor.
I recommend that all gems should be put back at slots on the main entrance door as it'll save us time to complete the game.
Although I find it annoying sometimes that the graphics (pictures?) are over used, I like to see if I can figure out which ones are the right way and which ones are reversed ie: the first picture of actual game play. I also like to see if I can match similar looking pictures to form the correct building (not that it has anything to do with the game play).
Really enjoyed it, I had to backtrack numerous times because I missed one of the clues but that's the fun of the hunt. The most hilarious things were taking so long to get out of the first room (I really need to get new glasses, and after solving everything it took me ages to find my way to the exit door - truly blonde moments!
it was fun but having to close the word boxes each time you do somthing eats up time since you keep the timer running.
This game is really wired I can't understand it.
An elf and dwarf roam a fantasy realm on blood thirsty quests for treasure and glory.
Who needs all those utilities anyway?
Happy Two-thousand-whatever... my friends!
