I have to ask too.. What just happened? First of all, it looks like you're wearing a condom. Other than that your choice of music isn't too bad. But the moments of silence are really weird, together with the stiff animation and awkward movement. Your hands with three fingers appeared suddenly when running and it looks like the gun is your hand.

I also see you've used two old memes, the Nyan Cat and the WTF boom. It's nice to see the WTF boom again though, I haven't heard that classic quote in a while. But really it's uninteresting and I don't really get it. But it's a nice try.

It really has no story, it's just a cat hitting someone... but good for a 1st try i guess

I realize its your first animation so im not rating it according the graphics, its because the story makes little sense, and its not very funny (not sure if it supposed to be). Just some constructive critisism, not trying to be mean. Keep trying, practice makes perfect.
