A cute animation. Rather crudely drawn and with visible lines of separation between two body parts, but it's not like there needed to be a massive production needed for a dude talking about the comedic tragedy that occurred at his house. That said, if this were from a more seasoned user, I would say that there would need to be a lot more expressiveness from the man. The stylistic choice is a good one!
