Evolution is based on survival of the fittest. Humans evolved from apes by natural selection of species that were weaker. This game is about natural selection. There is a reason the neanderthals died out, I'm not saying it was because of rampant games of Rochambeu, but the basic concept is the same; the stronger genetic specimen prevails by removing the weaker from the gene pool.
