A bit amateurish in my opinion.
First of all, Times New Roman isn't a font I'd personally suggest using, it makes it look fairly amateurish and default. Giving yourself a productions name when you haven't produced anything worth talking about just seems a bit pretentious.
The graphics pretty much speak volumes about the effort you put into this, you used the line/pencil tool I see, so fixing the squiggly lines shouldn't be as hard as it would with the brush tool.
The sound effects here were annoying and repetitive, and the characters, which I'm thinking are bitmap cut-outs, are too small to see.
Finally, the premise wasn't all that clear, I honestly couldn't tell if this was supposed to be an animation test, an attempt at humor, etc.
Maybe read up on some tutorials again and watch more cartoons to get an idea of how to make one? I wish you luck in your future animations.
