Not much to bicker about, but next time I suggest you don't upload practice animation to the portal. People will vote you down if your stuff is poor quality or too short.

Also, don't shit on yourself man. I can see your potential. You need to add more inbetweens like MistyE said, and I recommend that you work on your anatomy (specifically hands and arms). It's never impossible for artists to surpass each other either, it just depends on how you make your work and your attitude.
