Not much to bicker about, but next time I suggest you don't upload practice animation to the portal. People will vote you down if your stuff is poor quality or too short.
Also, don't shit on yourself man. I can see your potential. You need to add more inbetweens like MistyE said, and I recommend that you work on your anatomy (specifically hands and arms). It's never impossible for artists to surpass each other either, it just depends on how you make your work and your attitude.
Feel free to check out NG's flash forum for help. Torrent The Animator's Survival Kit, too, Richard Williams is a genius!
Thank you kindly for the input...will try to do something longer next time. I just wanted to get input on it...I was aware of it being short...was done purposely to fit within 10 seconds. The original title was 10 second commercial.
Will look up your suggestions.
It's decent for what it is. If I were to give suggestions, though, the lip syncing was a bit too slow for the audio at many points, may I suggest more keyframes? Seemed a bit choppy to me.
The movement - which was minimal - was okay, though I'd suggest playing around with the timing a little bit for the best results.
Seemed a bit simplistic but I understand that's how it was supposed to be like.
Thanks kindly...thing is, im a novice at animation, and was something I tried to do. Also I know will not ever be as good as the stuff out there by great animators like Sexual Lobster and the late Edd Gould. If anything it kinda was a trail on lip syncing, which is a tough thing to do.
Like I said, nowhere as good as anything from established animators...but I uploaded it cause I did like it, even knowing it could be better, but also would allow me to get input from viewers and perhaps other animators from their comments.....though of course expect less then polite comments as well :D
Again, thanks for the comments and suggestions. Will try to bear that in mind for future projects. Any other suggestions just let me know.
