How far will you go to get your memories back? And, do you really want to remember? What actually happens is up to your own interpretation.

Has ABSOLUTELY NOTHING to do with the more famous game of the same name. So don't worry, it's not scary.

It's a lot shorter and less complete than I would like, but it can't be helped. For things like WASD controls, I'm sorry but it was problematic so I had to take it out for the mean time. I'll put it back in later.

Due to time constraints, it's pretty rushed towards the end, and its not beta tested yet (I did test it myself multiple times though). So if you find any bugs and stuff tell me and I'll fix them. I'm aware of the font not having apostrophes, by the way. I somehow picked a font that didn't have them. It's my first game, so I'll be doing active maintenance.

EDIT: Whoops, sorry I put you guys through that. Okay, I added more force to the jump, but I can't add too much or it will be too easy. If its still hard to control, then...I'll think of something else. I also extended the grace time before the block breaks by a little as per your requests. If there are any more issues I'll try to fix them as well.

EDIT 2: Reduced the file size by around 6MB, and played around with jump settings a little more. A simple double tap should work for a jump of 2 tiles height now.

EDIT 3: The last edit, hopefully; fix a few minor bugs and a major one where a button didn't appear. There should be an extra button on the credits screen now, most of you probably missed it out. Also reduced the file size some more, loading should be fine now.

FIX THE JUMP!!! It's nearly unplayable as it is. I was able to finish the game somehow, but the inconsistency in the jumping made it an infuriating undertaking. Other than that, the game was very easy. It had a decent (albeit tear-jerking) storyline. All in all, if you fix the jump, I'd give it a 3/5.

wizzyxx responds:

Sorry, I would have fixed this earlier if I had seen the earlier reviews. Tweaked the jump a little, hope its better than before. I didn't want to make the jump too strong because the game was already very easy, and I wanted it to be at least a bit challenging. I didn't realise it added fake difficulty instead. Thanks for taking the time to play and reviewing!

its very repetitive, the jumping is very annoying having to hold down the button then time your jumping perfectly to even get onto a platform. was fun in the beginning area but then puzzle after puzzle of the same thing.

wizzyxx responds:

Sorry bout that, I was rushing to get this done, so I panicked and put together the last half a bit haphazardly. Tweaked the jump. Thanks for the review!

A good game, though I wish the disappearing blocks had either a longer grace period before they disappeared or had the ability to respawn - maybe both? Also, the jumping controls feel a little weird in that you need to keep your finger glued to the jump button to make sure that you jump higher than a centimeter. Still, the story behind the game was really good.

wizzyxx responds:

Added a longer period (0.4 to 0.6 seconds) before they break. I can't make them respawn, the game is easy enough as it is. Sorry. The restart button makes them respawn, if that helps :) I'll try to find a workaround though if it affects gameplay that much. Tweaked the jump so that he goes higher. Thanks for reviewing!

a bit difficult when it comes to the duble jump in my opinion

wizzyxx responds:

Sorry. Tweaked it a little, hope its better now. Thanks!

Nice game!
Just hated the fact you had to keep the up arrow key pressed to make him jump higher. This was especially annoying for double jumps.

wizzyxx responds:

I added more force, so he should jump higher, but about the holding the up key thing...I think its a different issue. I'll look in to that. Thanks for your input!
