You are Morax, a demon and denizen of hell with aspirations of power. In order to reach your goal, you will need to battle and dethrone your brother - Murmur. With the Moon on your side, the ability to enter the Spirit Realm and an army of lesser demons behind you, you prepare for war...

Move with arrow keys
Attack with A
Shield with S
Regenerate health by eating your own infantry - press D
Combo attack by bringing up shield and tapping A
Buy units and upgrades by using the hotkeys
Collect souls from the spirit realm to buy upgrades and use the combo attack

This game has a new twist on the siege concept by introducing soul collection. Not only do you have to kill your enemies, but you have to collect souls in a different world. You can also eat your own troops to regenerate health. I enjoyed playing this game.
It did lag some times, there was no way to adjust the quality, and it took sometime to get used to the controls.
The medals work, and I earned them all. Will there be a sequel?

Asvegren responds:

I'm glad you liked it! I just uploaded an updated version where the quality is adjusted slightly lower, hopefully this will reduce lag. I would like to make a sequel, the development process was very rewarding and I am quite happy with the end product (given the fairly short development time). On the other hand, it did score slightly lower than we had hoped - however reviews like yours make it worth it!

Nice game, though I think the items are too expensive, Then again, I may just be new to these kinds of games.

The controls are crazy in this game, and asking a'lot for points to revive and summon minions.
I mean I understand difficulty is needed in these games but come on I am getting overwhelmed here.
Nice idea,nice art and all.
One thing that bothers me is why is the Moon speaking some kind of stupid language? But text is English?
I find that pretty stupid, why not just speak English?
Archers seem useless to me I don't know if they actually do damage or not but for me it doesn't seem like they do shit.
Anyway it's not horrible don't take me wrong here,I like the idea and all.

Asvegren responds:

Isn't it a bit arrogant to assume the moon speaks English in the first place?? Seriously though, given that we wanted the moon to speak gibberish then how else could we convey an actual message other than having English text? I mean I get your point, but if everything got simplified in the manner you suggest things would quickly get rather bland.

Very nice art, and sound. I have a problem with the controls, it tends to lag a bit, (especially when there are alot of enemies onscreen.) but the controls lockup quite a bit.

Asvegren responds:

Updated version with quality adjusted, this should reduce the lag.

its cool but i havnt got used to the keys there sooo many
