Remix's good, i like it, but you can work up more in the animation and put some original stuff like your drawings and such :)

Flash submissions are not judged differently based on anyone's experience level. They're based on whether they're complete, functional, and interesting or fun.

This wasn't bad. The intro was too long. A screen with a title and nothing else seems like an eternity after you're done reading the words. If there's any way you could speed it up or add another scene at the beginning of the animation to get that out of the way sooner, it'd help. Also, you want to add stop code into the flash so it doesn't loop. The new music loops over the playing music, and that's bad.

Even though you're a 'beginner,' that still doesn't mean that this sux. Actually, it's not bad. It doesn't deserve a 5, but it's not a 5 submission like http://www.newgrounds.com/portal/view /581946 (remove spaces), to pick a Nyan-themed one. Can you see why that one has a higher score than this one? Should you be offended that it has a higher score? Of course not.

As you improve you can expect your scores to improve. In the meantime, don't sweat it when you submit something and the score is lower than you think it should be. Compare yours to others and then ask yourself, 'what can I improve to make this look/sound/perform/etc more like' ...what ever flash or author you're trying to be like. If yours looks like theirs, then your scores will be like theirs.

So, you're not going to be judged differently than others. If you submit something good, you'll get a good score. If you submit something awesome, you'll get an awesome score. If you submit something while you're improving, then you'll get a score that someone who's improving deserves.

Its fine. Ican see you put some work into and that is good. The remix of the song is amazing, And if you did it yourself it should go in the sound portal. Maybe you should put some work into the animation as a whole, Give it a story or even dra your own characters It would be fun to watch.
