Who cares about the dress, ok? also, the video is kinda random dont you think?
The dress is obscuring most of the actual walking movement. Plus, her upper legs are barely moving, which makes walking almost impossible. But, in the end, it's just a walk cycle, not an actual animation short. I'm not sure if Newgrounds is the place to upload your animation exercises to, I'd suggest using DeviantArt for that. Keep practising, though!
