The animation was pretty bad but, thats okay but, what really got me upset is that you stole the jokes from diary of a wimpy kid.
It wasn't good, but that's ok. None of us start off with a good animation.
Advice? Well, I guess the best advice is to keep practising until your fingers bleed. Animating is hard work. Try to experiment with spacing (speed of motion), timing, more detail, actual character designs and interesting backgrounds. Also, look at other animationsyou like and how the artist has drawn his animation. Analyze the poses and the spacing between frames. Keep it up!
I have no Idea how to do flash movies but its a start for you. I can't say I liked anything about it but keep practicing and you will get better.
