It was pretty good, although the boss battles were sooo hard :/
Outstanding, in my opinion.
The graphics weren't terrible and the story wasn't that bad. What I really liked was the idea of wing-men, and competent ones at that! The upgrades could use some names, and one the whole the mechanics could be a bit clearer, but its alright.
Throw in the relatively new concept of effective friendly AI, a catchy battle tune and can't go wrong geometry style graphics and you've got a great foundation for a follow-up piece of work.
Looking to see more from you,
P.S. Honestly, I cannot stress this enough: This is perhaps the most competent friendly AI I've EVER seen. These are better wing-men than you get in the Ace Combat games!
Thank you for your positive feedback and constructive criticism. Honestly, I have trouble finishing things and by the time the game was almost complete I was rushing and missed a lot of obvious things like upgrade descriptions and a more user-friendly interface.
cool game but i feal that u should get rid of the extra ships or do something so you don't have it the others do all the work and u take the credit probably have fire be the space bar
If that's your thought then you obviously did not play the game for long enough. The "extra ships" only accompany you throughout the first few levels. Please review games only when you thoroughly give them a chance. As for the controls, I felt it would be much easier to press a button on the mouse rather than require a whole other hand to press the space bar.
I don't think this game was all that good. In my opinion the upgrade system wasn't very good and I cant find any story to it. You should have made it more clear what the upgrades were and did, and in my opinion you shouldn't have been so minimalistic on the graphics.
Sorry, I'm not much of an artist. Honestly this game was just some sort of portfolio thing.
It is just frozen at what I think is the shop and you can not do anything!!!!
There is a back button on the bottom right.
