Clearly 'rat' is slang for vagina, so the joke was simple but decent. If you drew hands, it'd be easier to animate the man grasping the cigarette. And it's weird how when the car passes by the women feet blow in the air current as if they were sheets.

Hi everyone, here's a small animation I made during the Jubilee weekend. I've had it stuck in my head for a couple of years and managed to bash it out.
The main joke will be understood more by the British amongst you, but if you don't get it, just Google the phrase and it'll make sense.
