For NATA novice round
The theme: Elephant in the room
I took it literally and figuratively.
Now I'm going to publicly apologize to Seshido (the tank who voiced everyone), for cutting massive chunks and for only putting about a day's work into this.
Well this definently flowed with the theme in both meanings well. The story was pretty funny. And the animation was pretty good too.
Though I would suggest you get a LITTLE extra practice on drawing people laughing, because they look almost exactly the same as they do with their normal faces. (This leads to a problem since if there was a greater contrast to the mood at the picnic, I would've made this given this 5 stars.)
I think 3.5 is fair. (Not bad, But not Outstanding.) Good luck in NATA2012.

Hey thanks for the review. Yeah the laughing definitely needed more realism. That was partly due to time constraints/laziness, but also because I probably wouldn't have pulled it off well.

Not bad! It was pretty strange story-wise haha but definitely good, especially as far as the animation goes. The premise, though odd, was mildly entertaining too. Good work!
