Earth is under attack! Clowns over France, Demons over Russia, and Robots over the USA! Disintegrate foolish invaders with your massive firepower. But be careful: even alien fragments can damage your delicate Earthly cities. Destroy all traces of the invaders FTW!

while i have to agree that sharpnova was beyond disrespectful and is probably one of those complete asses that thinks hes better then everyone else i do have to say that this isnt a realy good game. it seems overall pointless and repetitive. atleast add a difficulty factor to it. all you have to do is hold down the mouse clicker if that (most enemies just drift by harmlessly) the music could be better too. its not exactly somthing that someones gonna want to listen to for more then 10 minutes if that. how the hell this got on the weekly top 3 is beyond me. actualy no it isnt. you submited it shortly before they updated the weekly best list. as far as i know everything starts out with a perfect score and declines from there. graphics were......... eh ive seen better but its ok i guess. sorry but try a little harder next time as this is a very boring game to me.

This is an acceptable game. Its graphics and animation are good. The gameplay gets repetitive quickly, but isn't too bad. The soundtrack is alright, but not something I would leave playing in the background for extended periods of time.

Is it deserving of the first-place daily feature? The answer to that question is very debatable. One thing is undeniable, though: sharpnova is a total and utter idiot. Sorry for the following rant, but I just could not resist the temptation of his defiant stupidity.

Sharpnova. You were asking for this metaphorical spit-wad to your face, and by god, I shall deliver.

You posted, "... i cannot reply to your reply here, therefore i do not permit you to make one...", and so I ask you this: who are you to prohibit a person from replying to a review you made on THEIR creation? You do so with an air of superiority, even -as if your word was definite. It could've been, "I would appreciate it if you didn't reply here.", but no -you had to be an asshole about it. The author will reply if he wants, dammit, and just because you don't permit them to, doesn't mean that they can't.

You also said, "...i require that you use more retro-ish graphics..."

You REQUIRE? What are you, a teacher, talking to their student? Haven't you the decency to at least use "I suggest" instead? You post as if your word is a cut above all others. Are you really that important? Who are you to restrict someone to using an art style that you prefer?

Sheer stupidity, I tell you. Sharpnova, let's see you reply to this, mothafocka. I can slay you through pm just as much as I can slay you out here.

end of metaphorical spit-wad.

Anyways, I think the game deserves at least 3.5 stars. It wasn't the best for me, but it sure as hell isn't worth 1.5 in my book. That's just my opinion however, and I acknowledge that, unlike some giant assholes who think they know better than everyone else.

I thoroughly enjoyed this game.

First, the looks and feel of the game were quite amazing. The tilt on the back of the screen coupled with the fantastic soundtrack immersed you into it. This was especially true in the higher difficulties as I started to sway and tilt with the screen accordingly.

The game play was also great, as it sported weapons with different feels and made you think how to properly use them. The ranking system could be argued pointless, but I saw it more as a way to see how far you came along from the start of the game. As for the upgrade system it was a good direction to go for a game such as this. As this is really a simple game, an extensive upgrade system beyond what is in place would have felt petty and a nuisance. The only thing I would have liked to have seen was something a little more for the boss battles. Maybe have on of the portals be the boss instead or something on screen to focus your attacks on while trying to juggle and prioritize incoming enemies.

All in all, a solid game that many people will come to enjoy for it's simplicity, graphics, music, and growing challenge as you advance in the ranks. Keep up the good work!

the clowns made sexual noises which seemed trashy and detracted from the overall feel of the game.

there wasn't any real upgrade system.

ranks were meaningless.

i liked the soundtrack. the graphics were decent, but if you're going to make a flash game, i require that you use more retro-ish graphics.

end of discussion. if you wish to reply, message me privately. i cannot reply to your reply here, therefore i do not permit you to make one.

Enjoyed the game, and the soundtrack as well. Say, what is the theme for the main menu?
