First off this was made for NATA 2012 Novice Round. 32 animators had 25 days to create a cartoon based around the theme "the elephant in the room".
Ok, I did this one in around 22 days. After receiving the theme for this round I was having some trouble thinking of a good idea. Should I go with the literal meaning or the expression? I thought of brief ideas for each scenario, but I decided to go with a little bit of both (obviously more literal than idiomatic, but there's still a small ounce of the expression in there).
Um, yeah, so I hope the plot makes sense. Let me know if it doesn't. Music by Kevin MacLeod, and me! (whaaaaat?) Yeah I made a song so that's cool. And sound effects form freesound.org.

Wha... What just happened? Seriously though, that was awesome. The music (even though it got a little bit annoying towards the end) added to the story. I love your videos and keep up the great work!

1 star. The elephant in the room theme is pretty much glanced over.
What was with the inconsistent voice acting? You just replaced it with dialouge (that occasionally went off screen), then jumped back to it.
The story reminded me of Zookeeper. (Which is not a good thing.)
And most importantly, the animation isn't exactly good. The movement isn't exactly realistic, (To cite some scenes, the scene where the two are playing video games, and the party scene.)

The theme' s there, it's just more of a plot point than a theme.
Here's how the voices thing went down, when they're in the room playing video games, they're talking. When you're watching the flashback it's subtitled. This was because I wanted the song to be prominent during the flashback, and in hind sight I should have probably had no subtitles and just told the story using animation, but whatever, what's done is done. Also I don't know why they go off screen for you, they're not supposed to. I'll try and fix that.
Haha never saw Zookeeper but I agree if it reminded you of that, it's not a good thing so sorry about that.
And yeah I'm not great at animating yet.
Man, you really improved form last time. Keep up the good work. And i hope to see you in the next round.
