This is good! I liked it so much I wrote a review!
For most of it i found the storyline weak because you used the same "stumbled upon a time traveling device" that almoast every other contestant used (im guilty of that too). But then you pulled it around at the end to make it like a time loop which I thought was quite clever.
The thing that stood out to me the most was the music. Im impressed that you made your own music to go with it and that you actually tailored it to the mood of what was going on. I admire that. And it sounded good!
For the animation and art it was clear that you did not have time to complete most parts to their potential but thats not a problem. I liked how you animated him getting up off the ground- I thought it looked natural and also when he turns to face the Lorry. Also bits that stood out to me where when the birds left the trees and of corse the portal effects where great. Walk and run cycles are the hardest things to get right and it just takes practice and careful observation. When the view was between his legs when he finds the device the feet seem to be facing inwards a bit too much and the time between each step was a tiny bit too long (some may disagree). Also when he was being chased his steps appeared to mimick the dinosaur's steps which didnt seem right to me. I do see what you where going for with the dinosaur leaning forward and him leaning back.
I also thought you used blurring effects well clearly showing the focus of each view. That was nice. Also nice consistent lines to your drawing.
