DISCLAIMER: At one point in this short I make a little joke about Machinima, I want to make it clear that, I have no problems with Machinima, I'm a Machinima director. I'm not the greatest animator in the world, but my opinion of SOME of the other Machinima animators is quite low, in fact because of how bad their animations are it INSPIRED me to animate, because if they can do it, anyone can.

Anyway, this is just a little animation about me making more animations. So every cartoon I make is essentially part of a series about me becoming a better animator, and potentially befriending other great animators! This was also a little tribute to every animator mentioned in the video, cause you know, I'm "fighting the best to become the best" sort of deal.

And the song at the end is "The Sunlit Earth," from Shadow of the Colossus.

EDIT: Sometimes when the video loads it might zoom in, just right click and "show all." I have no idea why it's doing this now.

I really hope you continue this episodically, nothing right away of course, but I wouldn't mind seeing you fight newground style SOTC bosses lol

On another note, what audio effects did you use for the internet god if I can ask?

Thanks :D If I become friends with them and they're good sports about it I would like to animate that hah.

And for the voice, I slowly chanted in a gibberish tongue, opened it in Audacity, reversed it, applied a GVerb (on default settings, didn't tinker with anything), then reversed it back, and viola! VERY easy and the result is great :D

when i play COD i say the same thing.
i really like how you never resorted to screaming to get your point across.
too many videos do that now days. i think the way to get "fame" on newgrounds isn't in animation skill, but focusing on the strengths of your style and making it your own.
animations like Ultimate Showdown or the first few awesome cartoons weren't
exactly Bitey of Brackenwood material, but they rather, found their niche.

TerminalMontage responds:

Thanks :D Yeah I'm still working on exactly how I'll be doing things, and on my humor. The humor's pretty low key now and each animation is a wee bit different, but I'm learning more and improving :D

Well once you meet your idols, you'll find that they're mere mortals like you!

(as I just did at the NG NYC 2012 meet)

...but seriously, great work though!

Thank you my good man :) I wanted to go to the NYC meet, but I found out too late and couldn't afford it. Is the meet up every year and always in NYC? I'd like to go next year :)

Wow! That was impressive mang. I really liked it. Your animation is flawless and kinda 'easy to watch'.
And Machinima... yeah, I agree with you lol.
