animation and drawings was allright although it can be improved, of couse making anime is not something anyone can just do alone so extra points for you
while i like the character design they look maybe too cliche, black caped man, generic sensei and such
but i like it, i like it, if you manage to make an episode ill be totally for this

I liked it. The animation cold be more fluid, but the quality is ok.
You cold also add a menu so the animation doesn't start alone.
yes you are rignt, i use only 17 fps to the animation, that is not much hehe , and i dont have idea how to create a menu, sorry for that, this is one of my first animations, a iam a novice, one more time sorry for not put a menu.
