Absolutely beautiful game. I love how the music starts to get more intense the farther you get, and the rival neurons feverishly and relentlessly blocking your path.
I must admit that my reaction time is not fast enough to get past 20,000 μm or so, but it is still a lot of fun! I especially enjoyed the links to Wikipedia highlighting the type of cell (or part of the brain) you made a neuron for. Educational and fun? Perhaps schools need games like this to help people learn about an otherwise very boring topic for most.
Amazing game, I am the 8th place on all.
the sheere fact that you can encounter ret proteins that cut you off BEFORE you even see them tells it all, broken game, like the science, that's why only half a point. The movement is WAY too jerky. And unless you fix this broken stuff (I said stuff) I can't in good conscience rate it higher.
this is reallyt good. i used the information given to just put down in my science homework, luckily we're working in the same area so not only helpful but entertaining too.
My one complaint is that the game moves so fast that the player doesn't get to enjoy all the visual effects (like the branches that grow after you click on a piece of protein). I would suggest maybe an art mode, or visual mode next time (sandbox?) where you don't die (the circle never decreases), there is always another circle, so that the player can just take in all the visuals.
