Hello dear fellow college student.
While taking my own personal criticism i have learnt, through the aid of others, that we shouldn't be doing flash animations at all!
In all seriousness, the animations i think are a bit... Jumpy? With it being final fantasy based, as you've personally told me yet totally forgotten to tell the audience, i also think there should be something a bit more.. experimental? I don't know, either way im still just as bad. Lol
I like your hero and his animations the most, even though its only his eyes that move... Improve that and i will love you... Passi... Yeah ';)
