Mar 05 - Made a new update, hopefully fixing some of the bugs. Thanks for being patient.

Mar 04 - Players who are having hard freezes, tell me what the last thing was you did to cause the freeze. Did you use a potion? Close the menu? Is the beholder still animated but you can't move, or is the entire game frozen?

Mar 02 - The game is big, give it time to load.

Okay dudes, I made the hitboxes on the save locations a lot bigger, I hope that helps with the players who have been having trouble with the saves. Also I adjusted the sound effect volumes, hope that is better now too.

You can use either WASD or the arrow keys to move, just change it under the option. You can press Enter when touching an object to interact with it, or simply click on it. You must use the mouse in combat though.

There is a bug I haven't been able to pin down that sometimes makes the main character freeze, if this happens, press the Q button and you'll hear what is likely to be described as a 'horrible sound'. That SHOULD fix it, if it doesn't, let me know. Don't go pressing the button at other times as it can break the game.

Save as often as you can in case something bad happens. X_x And don't clear your cookies or you'll lose you progress.

If you experience any lag, try playing in firefox, not chrome. The game is really graphical, it's just going to lag a tiny bit on some machines. I'm sorry . I'm not the best programmer by any means. :P

There is a small bug, where sometimes you click to use a spell and the spells don't highlight, just quickly back up, then click the spells again and they should work. Working on fixing this.

This RPG is better then games I have actually paid to play.

However like others, I ran into similar problems. I happen to explore and check out everthing, which is how I stumlbed across how to save the game by finding the circle of white runes, standing in the center of it and then saved the game threw the menu. The beginning story was a bit chaotic to me and seemed to cut off as the theives attacked. Perhaps a tutorial spot before the girl leaves the temple would be a good idea. This way some of the basic's are covered. ( Like having to fight a moth or a bug to show you how to do the combat, Basic potion to use potions, skills, etc. )

The main characters have so much work put into them with there animations, slight hand gestures, poses and the moves they do with there attacks that I think the enemy's should also have the same deal going for them too. They just stand there, and kind of pulls away from the overall quality of the game.

For someone who isn't a very good programmer, you did a very good job on this game. The graphic's are great. Still working on defeating the game but after a few hours of playing, I do believe it is time for me to get some sleep. I would have given you a 5/5 if it weren't for the lack of animation for the enemy's. I used google chrome and the game didn't lag at all for me.

It's a good first game, but there's quite a few problems. The game's start is quite confusing, and you're essentially thrown into battle before figuring out how to learn the differences between the 5 characters and their various skills. The "opponent attacks whenever" rule also discourages the player getting immersed in the game with so many actions happening and no time to think. The game also isn't letting me save and isn't telling me why, despite having cookies enabled and being connected to the internet.

HOWEVER, once you look past those aspects, the game seems to get better. But I don't know, though - the game won't let me save, so I have no motivation to continue past level 2.

The Good: Your graphics are rather nice and the game is entertaining.

The Bad: The game has a clunky interface and it was pretty hard to figure out how to access the main menu at first. It was also a bit unclear in the beginning on how to save. In addition to that, the battles are far too numerous and tedious. There is no option to run from battles and personally, I feel that the "battle end" screen stays on there for a bit too long. Maybe make it an instant transition from battle? The spells also need re-balancing. As they are, they are vastly underpowered. I dealt a lot more damage from just clicking the attack button.

Personal Gripe: The mouse click/enter key usage seems a bit unintuitive to me. Maybe add in an option to use the space bar? And switch the sound toggle to another key please, it's kinda annoying to accidentally toggle the sound on and off.

Overall: It seems like a pretty solid but generic rpg. Nothing groundbreaking but entertaining.

If my vote was for graphic alone I would give 5/5. But the gameplay and story are not very good.
