This flash can be separated into 3 bits: Stuff you made, stuff you just tweaked slightly and stuff you simply cut out from pre-existing pictures / sprite sheets around the internet. Since the vast majority of this flash falls into the last 2 categories, reviewing this is going to be pretty easy for me since I don't give artists credit for things they didn't make / do. I kid you not, I've seen 95% of this flash's content already done ad nauseum in other, equally unoriginal Madness combat fan flashes.

The only things I can see that you actually made from scratch are the scenery / backgrounds, the animation timings and some of the outfits on the characters. None of which are any good. I have all of 10 minutes experience with Flash, and I remember drawing better scenery than the buildings / trees used here myself. Same goes for editing the character outfits: I've done better drawings of Madness characters myself in MSPaint, using only a mouse.

As for the animation timings: They ARE slow. Simple as that. Most of this flash's runtime is spent watching the same animation cycle over and over again needlessly, or just watching the characters stand around doing nothing at all. You could've made it half as long and still have all the "content" (and I use the term loosely here) it has now, without boring your audience as much as what the total lack of creativity already does.

You know what the worst bit about all of this is? Every single issue here could be solved with nothing but a little bit of practice and effort. The slightest shred of enthusiasm for making this one better (or even different on any significant level) would've probably resulted in something much more watchable than this, even if you don't have any experience of drawing with a computer at all. All you had to do was give a shit about improving what you make instead of rearranging the same old Madness sprite garbage that has, over the years, become synonymous with laziness and incompetence on this website.

This is your 9th flash. You've been repeating the same thing for a year now. Think about that next time you get the random urge to submit a 10th one. Think long and hard. If you ever want to be more than just another madness fanboy, put the damn sprite sheets away, think up something original, and try to make it.

Think, and Try. That's all you have to do.
