Definitely a good chuckle. Good motion for what is a your first shoot at flash.. and the fact you can do a preloader puts you past some others.
I would also say maybe another frame or two for motions and when Shoop da Whoop fires it grows bigger than his mouth which is not good for looks.

looks like you need to look up some tuts, and make the run cycle more than two frames.

Not bad for your first animation. Though I prefer you to stay away from stick figures, but you can do what ever you want. I've seen some good stick figure animation, but try not to be like them... set the bar to a different level, that nobody has seen. Good luck.

sall right, but some recomdations,
1. tripple the frame rate, its a bit choppy
2. use higher quality sound files, search around a bit. soundbible.com is a good site
3. look up tutorials for walk cycles - this is a good one http://animation.about.com/od/flashan imationtutorials/ss/flash29walkcycl.h tm
4. draw the arms extending from the neck, not the middle of the body (this alone will make your videos look way better)
