Better than the last one, but you still have helluva a lot of work to do before this will become decent.
First of all, physics aren't perfect, it needs brushing up, I found myself many times in situations where the ball would teleport.
The design is better, but still looks more like alpha testing than final version, you need to give it more thought or ask a designer to help you with this.
If we're on about the design, then let's also mention that the roses and the heart looks something you pulled out from powerpoint clips, you need pictures that would fit with everything else, not the nicest looking ones, or you'll end up with patches of gold on linen pants.
Music, this game could use some, trust me on this one.
Sound effects are annoying, try either changing them or removing, although it's not necessary, but could be useful.
You could also use a main menu with maybe start game, options, credits etc.?
Gameplay has potential, but you need to work on it.
Overall it looks rushed, you need to include passion into this game, it's your creation, and you should make it so you would be proud of it, ultimately you're not doing this for us, you're doing it for yourself. If you are stuck, then check game designers forums for tips on how to improve, they tend to be a nice bunch.
