i'm the white dragon now.

thanks for all the liking of the concept of this flash.

the woman involved is no longer who she once was.

That was beautiful. I don't generally like romance either, but that was touching.

awww thanks =)

As much as I can't believe you have a wife (I've seen your posts in TBA...) this is great shit. I found some of the tweens awkward but it's hard to ease about 2000 tweens properly.

you think i said a serious phrase there at all? anyway, thank you or the kind words, and yeah, ik exactly what your talking about. if i would have given this more than a week, i could have really over-polished it, but for what it is, i rather think its adequate =)

very cute

i liked it but why did the white one not catch on fire? i thought they were both going to die so they could be together or something sappy like that.

Horsenwelles responds:

oh, because if you notice, the white psychologically translates to a barren, snowy landscape. i conceived the white dragon to be in direct relation to snow, and thus is impervious to the fire (no, its not made of it, its simply in a state of constant frigidness).

not to mention, if they both died, there would be no drama, no poetry, no regret, remorse, or sadness. it would just be a romeo & juliet ripoff. i made sure not to be a cop out on this one, regardless if its a very loose explanation for a plot hole

I like it but...

I see a minor flaw in the story. I think there should be more of an evolution since they see they can't get to each other to the realization they can get over the obstacle that way.

More failed attemps, or a bit of a life trying to accept the obstacle just by communication, keeping the love alive without overcoming that obstacle, then seeing they are not satisfied with that approach, getting desperate and just smashing the wall in an attemp to get to each other (that would be the blood drop part).

Think that would make the last half deeper and more climatic.

Yet, it's your love story and you are the one who understands it better than anyone, so well done gentleman, I bet she loved it! ^.^

Horsenwelles responds:

she did but i'm surprised you mentioned such a vague plothole on such abstract characters. why not mention "why cant she catch on fire, but he can?"

of course i wont answer it until someone asks, but its one of my dumbest explanations yet =D

replay, yes, play it again and again

i don't know what tweens are, sir. but i don't give a rat's butt. this was the most epic flash in the shortest amount of time i have ever seen. any longer and i would have been dead from dehydration (from all the sobbing)
