sound effects were good, the quality of the picture was very squashed. the fight scenes had potiential, I wanted to be more into the fight but it was over so quickly and the movments repeated just in other parts of the screen. heres some advice:

one: get a storyline, it will help the viewer understand why danny and Mario are fighting.
two: put music in with the fight scene, especially when Mario transforms, it will get the audience into the fight more and give it more emotion.
three: maybe you done your best, but if at al possible, try to get better quality into the movie, how it is now, you can barley tell their facial expressions.

you did well with the fighing when it wasn't just them plummeting eachother flashing around the screen. keep practicing making movies and ull improve. I don't make flashes and I have no background knowledge, but these are just ideas from a viewer of what would have been better for me as your audience. don't give up! =D

no le hagas caso a Psyce, te dire primero que como tu primera animacion, esta muy bien el pase de las imagenes, la cronometrizacion, te admito que hacer animaciones con sprites es relativamente facil puesto q no tienes que hacer mucho dibujo, pero aun en ese elemento has trabajado tus habilidades muy decentemente. te doy 4 por habilidad, una por originalidad (yo estoy trabajando en una, pero eres el primero en hacer una animacion de danny phantom con los sprites de TUE.
