This is sad why upload anything at all. You need to work more on your animation the way it is hurt my eye to look at it lol.

First of all, just poor. You should try to be more consistent in animation, not random shaking that's gonna give someone a headache. This flash needs more effort and to actually be funny. Besides, if you're flash doesn't work right in the first place then don't upload it at all. It's simple solution.

.....The animation is very simple, no story to tell, and I didn't understand it.
but you took good care of those little background details that most of the people don't: the green drop, the "shit" prices, the mess on the ground and the angry guy.
