11/8/11 Still working on the medals guys, hang in there. Also tried some more optimizing to fix the slippery/sticky controls issue some of you have. (also, if you have a FB tab up, try closing that)

**CONTROLS** LEFT/RIGHT walk left/right UP = Jump DOWN = Raise shield (while standing)/Use Weapon(later in game,while standing)

Oyeatia, creator and god of man surrenders his deity, descending to the green earth in search of a lost love. Gyossait sleeps in the warm black heart of the dying planet, her dreams seep into the weakening minds of man. The end begins.

11/5/11 Patched vanishing keys, walking off map, alternative ending, Medals implemented but pending.

Not bad; the story is interesting, the art is beautiful (in its morbid way), the music goes very well with the environment and the physics are satisfactory.

But I gave it 3 stars for one reason, and that is that the good ending (if there is one) is almost impossible to obtain. This is when you start to realize the faults that the game has:

1. When the character jumps, it feels like he is on the moon. Aparently, gravity is very low on hell, and this is very annoying when you have to do tricky ninja jumps.

2. The hit detection is very strange, it's as if the enemies were a couple of blocks (the ones that make up the levels) that can kill you, I just don't know how to describe it.

3. The design of the levels, sometimes, becomes very closed and this does not help to jump over obstacles or enemies; causing you to die again and again. This includes the fact that some enemies are badly positioned.

4. The main character is useless; he has that annoying syndrome that I call "If you touch me, you kill me". In addition to shooting the weapon whenever he wants to do it, being in danger or not.

In short, it's not a bad game; but the unfair difficulty ruins it for me.

The art style mixed with the music was really fitting. I enjoyed this game. It had a neat little story that was different and the difficulty level was mild to average. Very nice job and a very nice game indeed! However, the jumpscares didn't get me and were a little cliche and very ineffective. In fact, you might've not of needed them at all, it still would've been a great game without them. Despite that fact Great game indeed!

I liked the game's graphics and the story was weird and interesting. Controls a little weird, but you get used to them. Great for a dark night.

I'm not a fan. I just kept thinking "this game is just a bad Perdition" the whole time. The controls aren't great, the character is slow while the jump is uncontrollable and super floaty. Multiple times I tried to maneuver with my jump and died because it's so hard to use. The story is basically impossible to follow without a cheat sheet: clearly something dark and edgy is going on but I don't know what. Overall, if you want to play a good, fun, dark, story-driven platformer; play Perdition.

so I ran into a bug that made the game crash. not sure how far I was, but I got the shooter mode and went to shoot one of the wind plants and it froze out as it was trying to blow wind and I was shooting it right next to it, possibly making it change directions.

great game though,now I gotta play through again :/
