This is our entry for the Newgrounds Halloween contest 2011. It was such a huge project, which turned out to be a 4 minutes movie. We had been working on it since Madness Day ended, so yeah, estimate the time and the effort :). Be patient and let it load, it may take some minutes. Check out the movie, we just don't want to spoil it. Enjoy!

Happy Halloween 2011!

This seems to be the highest rated Halloween flash I've seen this year! I think this will probably win any award you ask for. As for there was no dialogue, you told the story by having all that fantastic music being played. I was kind of expecting more of a climax, but it's definitley worth checking out. The best thing is probably how awesome the animation is. It's also great to see the kids dressed up as stuff popular on this website.

I just celebrated Halloween and I don't think I saw any costumes like that. Of course, I didn't give most of the candy out. I also like how you show the magician Madness flash in the credits. There just seems to be a lot of flashy stuff going on in this. It's cool that you made it like the Grim Reaper (or whoever it was) sympathetic.

lol, what a fat fail at a fight!

i like the amount of time this took, being a little longer than most flash animations,

and the part where the fat-bastard saw who it was he was realy fighting and was all like "oh shit!!!" .

Love everything about it! Great work!!

Wonderfully Done

I'm happy to see everything turned out just right in the end.

The beginning was lovely with Death's Demon entrance at the clock tower. The dramatic thunder following his rather epic fail was a nice way to show that this flash won't be very serious.

I didn't like how Death chose to abuse his touch with the little kid, and, incidentally, with the nice lady. Deaths are funny to me, but these ones with decent, nice characters just isn't funny.

Fat Bastard's lock and load scene was hilarious. I loved his belt moment particularly, as I laughed at the hilarious contrast between Muscle Man and Fat Bastard.

The scene with the children was very, very sweet. I liked how you used that to frame Fat Bastard's third defining moment.

I could have cared less about the fight scene, though I did find it a nice end to the cartoon.

Overall, excellent styling, good sound effects, and wonderful animation. The story telling was quite a notch up, too!
