Anti-climactic; ultra-long grind fest

Excellent quality, but annoying. Got 100% completion/all achievements. What a bitch.

I'm gonna say a bunch of stuff, but it doesn't matter. Good work.

Item use animations need a skip button (S key, cmon). I wasted far too many hours just watching zombies eat rats and chunks of meat over and over again. This is why casual gaming sucks. You gotta implement ways to cut out the bullshit. Like, when I have 100% and it still asks me to complete objectives like using items on the zombie... it should just fill in 19/20 so that I do one thing and it triggers the next animation. Some researched tapes/notes were the same, too. Should implement a skip button for those instances, too.

There was no ending? WTF. Note to player: get 100% and then close this game. To get 100% you need ALL in game achievements (100 lbs food fed, 50 animals killed, 20 specimen killed, 20 specimen researched, etc.; really boring).

Jaw breaking weapons: stick (6 or more), baseball bat (6), crowbar (1), and boxing gloves (6).

Fully damage specimen (as noted by game creator 7 or 8 pages back): 15 pistol shots (3 per limb), 18 knife slashes (don't forget the head), 15 rifle shots, 18 nail gun nails (don't forget the head), 15 crossbow bolts, 15 machine gun bursts, BREAK THE JAW, and 1 shotgun blast or chainsaw attack to the torso. Do not sever limbs or kill the specimen.

You'll know when you've acquired the final food item.

Evil-Dog responds:

Name me one game where the ending is when you do 100% of the game.
Every open game has an ending before the 100% completion mark and some more content after the real ending and so does Lab of the Dead, I don't know why you guys keep complaining about that.

Finally beat it....Whats the time....12:00 AM!?!?!

this game had me hooked the moment i tried to feed the zombie a apple. i was hooked from 4 in the afternoon to 12 AM. very addictive for me. and yet missed two medals... but either way great game. awesome reactions and i always loved the history in a tape plot like bioshock. fantastic job. understandable why its on the home page.
