I actually finished your game, so I thought I could tell what this game really needs.
An easier mode and some warnings before the attacks are the most two things I hope you would consider as options which can make players find this game more attractive.
When I was half way through this game, I found it quite difficult to understand.
I just don't know why am I dying so many times. The enemies are confusing.
Anyway, I don't get the point of the story line, though, I love the atmosphere here.
Still giving you a point.

This game is pretty hard and creepy, especially in the areas with the demons, retracting spikes, red backgrounds, and scary music. Great job!

This game is easily one of my favorites, despite the fact that I can't get past the red things. Why not remake the game using the same concept and music? 4 stars because I get stuck, but keep coming back.

The game would make better art game then 90% of art games. The feeling of creepy is helped by having little clue what the hell is going on. I will say that the hit-box is a problem. Just saying it's too big is a understatement. You can be hit by things a foot away, or more, and this really is were the major problem is. The Run section is hard because of this, you get caught a few times because the hitbox is just that bad.

Being the first game I made, I barely had an idea how to program shit. I really want to fix the collision problems, but since I lost the .fla file, unfortunately I can't. Which is a damn shame.
