5/5 love how they incoperate the character from the beginning but its shit how it dosent give you s proper ending just a shitty sunset and maybe a zombie scream if you could just hear it at the end. (spoilers) nothing happens to your wife or husband there bitten but its like FUK DAH DISEASE nothing happens with that.
Well, what can I say that hasn't already been said. You know it, I know it, Con-Artists knows it. Console quality in a flash game. The type of thing that leaves you feeling weird that you didn't have to pay a dime to play it.
My only critiques would be that I think the main character and their spouse could've used a bit more dialogue toward the end. I think a chance to really tug at my heart strings was missed with that ending. I also think that the difficulty really goes down-hill fast, once you get a few choice weapons, you're basically unstoppable. However, you've made it in such a way that a player could intentionally nerf themselves to bring on a more difficult experience, such as only using pistols or not using skill books, keeping your luck at 1, ect. I think that's what I'll do on my next play-through.
I played it perma-death style and made it through with clerk-store Kelly in tow on my third attempt.
Not bad at all for an almost six year old flash game on Newgrounds!
i always thought that if con artist went and made a fully liscensed indie game out of the last stand series, they would be a roaring success. i mean, this is just a 2D scrolling game and it's incredibly popular, so why not take it one step further and graduate from limited flash games to full sized PC games?
just a suggestion, but i really think that it should be done, because i have no doubt that i would buy such a game if it was ever made.
i want a true successor to the Last Stand series with call of duty: Black Ops graphics.
THIS IS AWESOME
