Author Comments

A short done for university animation class. The theme was "day and night" and something zelda-related was the first thing I though.

I know stalchildren don't appear when Link's an adult, but...artistic license, alright? Haha.

I must mention that Granfaloon's animating style was a big influence, especially on the little "bouncing" motions! His The Real Legend series are amazing.

This is my first animation done in Flash and it's very, very (and when I say "very", I mean it) short, but I hope you'll enjoy it!

[ EDIT ] Oh, thanks for the daily feature! Really appreciated.

Only one think, please read the author's comments before reviewing. It was short on purpose (it was supposed to be only 15 second long, I decided to make it a bit longer), and I did mention I know stalchildren don't appear in the adult time ;)

oh Hai

Have you done animation sequences before making this short? It's too good to be a first attempt. You really nailed it with the art <3

For what is was intended..

You did very well. Yes, its short, but you stated that. Its a demonstration of your skills and something for a class. The amount of people who do not read are disturbing, to say the least. I gave you the score you deserved for what little work I saw, which was very fluid and quite impressive. Better than Gran's general, but hes usually making things so large he runs out of time and rushes.

Make something worthy a little later, eh? I'd like to see more from you.

Most Excellent

Animation, art, sound; all excellent. My only qualm was the length, but I read author comments so I'm not down-rating for that. I'd enjoy seeing more of your work in the future, especially something longer and more in-depth story wise.

The art style greatly reminded me of Granfaloon's "The Real Legend", I almost thought this was from him or the same series.

Unfortunately there was no joke or punchline. I'm not sure what you were trying to do here, just show off your animation skills? Well you animated very well. So kudos, have a 3, on me. But I would like something with a snappier point next time.
