Oh My God is right
The sound quality was terrible, like it was recorded in a moving convertible. I assume the butterfly is supposed to be high off his rocker? Because the dialog sounded like it was written for an old Cheech and Chong film. The animation was... well, I guess the butterfuly was OK. And in nature, the outer rainbow of a double rainbow is actually inverted, so optically the scene is completely incorrect.
It would have been a good 10-second chuckle. But this went on way, way, way too long. Next time around, perhaps develop an actual plot. Or since this was comedy, and actual joke would be nice.
