I guess you might think this is a little short - I had that feeling after seeing how it turned out.

I want to thank my girlfriend for helping with the voice of the princess.

You can do better.

I hate reading random bitter nasty reviews, so I sure as hell won't write one. I'm gonna try to offer some real critique, since I figure that's why you've posted this publicly.

This wasn't very original at all. Obviously that's not what you were going for, but still... there's already a huge number of shoddy video game related movies and parodies out there, and I'm so desperately craving originality! You're obviously a creative person, so use those talents to come up with a totally new scenario and world for your characters. If you do that, you're already a step above most flash animators out there.

The animation was pretty bad, because there really wasn't any animation at all. The turtle sprite looked exactly the same through the whole animation and the movement was extremely unnatural. The eyes never blinked, they just were instantly closed and then open again, and the tweened motion through the whole flash made my soul ache. Please... please practice real animation. You can't just take a single drawing and move it around the screen--it's easy to do in flash, but it also looks terrible. :(

The sounds were all pretty uninspired. The music was okay I guess, but the voice acting was very underwhelming and conveyed no sense of the character's personality. Even a boring character should have an interesting voice that capture's the listener's ear.

I really hate to be so negative, but again--I'm just trying to take the time to be honest since you took the time to make an entire animation and submit it to the public. Please practice true animation, create original scenes and scenarios, and maybe think about finding willing voice over artists who want to work on your projects. (there are plenty to find on the internet!!) Keep working and improving and you'll get there.
