@nhan4u as of now Magikarp can learn and use 4 moves which are:
Splash Tackle
Bounce Flail

Learn the must know lesson of Pokemon..if you don't know this lesson then this probably will happen to u.

You could have left the background as one color instead of slowly flashing bright colors.
