This is the first of several games produced as a 3 week "challenge" called Game Slam at Ninja Kiwi. The idea being that each team of 2 creates something original and complete inside the 3 weeks. This weeks game is Flur, by Chad Edwards and Derek Wu. In their words "Flur aims to be a progressive casual adventure with engaging and nonthreatening gameplay."

Enjoy the game and tell us what you think!

Breathtaking. It's awesome to see something original for a change.

Very nice casual game with just enough skill required to keep it interesting. The overall game experience was good but I would have preferred the power ups to be a little more limited. Each one acted like an end all whether it was sucking up green spites like a vaccum, allowing you to fly right through the most complex formations in the game, or just out right obliterating any red dots on the screen in a hail of blue flak! Still, this is one of the best games for simply unwinding and doing something easy for a break.

I thought it was really boring.

That was the most surreal experience I've had in a long, long time. I doubt you're reading this, but I must thank you for that. For a brief ten minutes, I escaped this terrible world. Even as my family yelled around me, I, for once, refused to stop playing a game.

The music, the background, and the glow of the lights combined to make this an amazing game. To use the overstated phrase, five stars are not enough.

addictive
but why not use the medal system?
