The Anthem of the Gamer.

The World is Saved is a new epic song and anthem for video game fans. Made in the pixel-art style of SNES (Super Nintendo) cutscenes, this video was a collaborative effort from IGN's Podcast Beyond community. IGN's Ryan Clements pulled together a small team of volunteers to animate a video for Danny Wiessner's latest single. The video debuted at the end of the live recording of Podcast Beyond Episode 200, which can be viewed here:

An epic epic of epic epicness

I love this song; I want it in my personal library of music so I can listen to it even when my computer isn't around. I'd pay money for this song, and I don't often do that with music!

Animation is great, song is great, lyrics are great, just great. Good job.

You nailed it!

This IS exactly why Gamers play games. People who never got into gaming always wonder "why the hell would you spend all your time playing that game for? It's not even real?" But I always tell them "Yeah, but I loved the experience of the story." Great job, and looking forward to more.

Nothing to add or take away. So good, and true to my spirit, that 9/10 would almost be blasphemy. You've captured my heart. Excellent work.
