I started with making a pinguin walking and I thought it was kinda cool. so I tried to make a intro for maybe a upcomming serie. That failed xD So instead I made this short movie. I know it isn't perfect and stuff, so can you guys give me some feedback please? :)

This was pretty weird and the animation was kind of bad. If this were a first attempt, these errors might have been forgiven.
Art was fine but why?
this wasn't funny, it was just really stupid. I do like that you tried to appeal to the "newgrounds stereotype" of people liking Poop jokes. everyone loves those.
anyway art was fine and kinda interesting.
try doing something longer and maybe with a better joke.

Nice character design but it's hard to say much apart from that because it's too darn short!
Looks like the penguin in particular has a lot of scope to be developed into something interesting. Would be good to see more.
