A good first try.

Pros:
I liked the head as the start button. Its a cool twist.
The animation was decent for a first try.
Music played properly (did not loop endlessly)
had a start button
Cons:
Letterboxing (why?)
Music too quiet (I could hear it, but it was very soft)

So, my suggestions for improving it are to get rid of the letterboxing, just make the flash the size you want right off the bat. There is no need to put black boxes around it.
Second, to have the music in the flash be louder, either by choosing louder music to start with, or adjusting it yourself.
third, people like motion in their videos. so, find ways to incorporate more moving elements. It could help to get a more upbeat recording of 'for he's a jolly good fellow' instead of the slow one you used. Some options for this would be to ad a choir of 2 or more people to lipsync the words and add a bit more movement. Or people raising glasses in a toast, spilling beer all over the place. etc.
Anyway, good first try, keep up the good work!

this is your fist time? sweet! all I can say is, speed up your music.

This is not going so well.

I do not hear anything. And there isn't any video playing. I would not post your first couple Flash creations, as they may ruin your score and hurt your feelings. However, keep pursuing and try hard! You can pick it up eventually just keep interested and learn as much as you can ;)
