A migraine waiting to happen
To keep it short, I'd say the one-hit kills ruined your game almost as much as the gliding movement did. One-hit kills made everything either highly tedious or easy as pie, especially the bosses. Speaking of which, I can't adequately rant about how terrible the minions were in all facets of design. Everything about them was unlikable.
The skating-on-grease feeling of movement combined with the uncontrollable elevators made me pissed off through the entire game. Between that and the cheap minions, I nearly stopped playing if I wasn't a sucker for a Skinner box and because it was SO freaking easy. It deserves special note that it was a horrible idea to implement drifting through air. Players expect to stop moving when they stop pressing buttons, and that expectation should be fulfilled unless there to context to design it otherwise.
With all that added to the substandard graphics and a plot as holey and substantial as styrofoam, this game serves as a great example of what not to do.
P.S. You've got major collision detection problems, especially with the ledges on the stage before the second boss.
