Whoo boy! after a year of kinda working on this, and then hauling ass to finish this piece,
here is TAKE ME OUT.

Wow! front page and the day hasn't even ended yet! thank you so much people of newgrounds!

(FAIR WARNING: the beginning starts off kinda slow, but trust me. it picks up at full speed.)

AH! thank you so much for the Daily Feature! thank everyone for watching! :)

This is the kind of stuff that makes Newgrounds great. That animation was wacky, entertaining as all-hell and well-synched to the song. The music took a typical one-dimensional track from FF and made it epic. Keep makin' 'em and I'll keep voting 5.

Love it!!!!!!!!!!!

This was amazingly epic!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Not to mention, that was an incredible version of that song.

I love how simple this is!

you should make a series based on this :D kinda makes me wonder what happened to the gf....o.o

Awesomefuntimes, action sometimes hard to follow

Unlike most contributors to the site, you clearly understand that simplicity is key to being able to make an interesting animation, as apposed to beautiful pictures that just barely move. Even your "slow" beginning has more things happening in it and holds audience attention better than most fighting scenes in even the highest rated portal submissions. THAT BEING SAID, when things really pick up and the action kicks in, you kinda go too far. Things get way too choppy, and it becomes really hard to follow who's doing what and where they even are in relation to each other. My advice would be to every once in a while take like a SPLIT SECOND for an establishing shot of the characters and setting to let the audience take a breath and catch up. Also, maybe not animating EVERYTHING so close so that it fills the entire frame as frequently. A good example of this kind of screwball insane action done really well would be the fight scenes in the movie Scott Pilgrim Vs. The World, or hey! even the last part of this animation with ALL THE PORTALS. Seriously, that part kicked megaton butt, my friend. All-in-all a ripsnortin good time.

i have noticed the lagging, and it helps if you don't play on firefox, internet explorer, or safari. its best played on google chrome. but besides that little issue, thank you for your thoughtful review. :)
