After the Martians collapsed the Atlantean way of life, the Naacals didn't know what to do. They asked for help from the highest conscious beings in our universe, and they received a potential solution. If it could pull it off, we would become something incredibly new and different in the universe. If we did not, we would not survive. Our entire planet was walking a very thin line.

Well I enjoyed a lot of your stuff but the human history part is full of dozens of logical problems. But instead of going to rant about them I'll take one problem that is related to conciousness which popped up this episode.

You claim we had to and have reached christ conciousness to survive (which would make up for an at least decently intelligent species). We haven't. Not even close, not a bit.
We are a species of 7 billion people (too much) of whom far over 90% (again too much) only care for themselves und who will not attempt to look over the edge of the dish they're sitting on.
Hell don't even talk about trying to change something for the better, that is a ridiculous thought to most people (...honestly? I know one more person willing to do something, given I do know some people, that makes up for 99%+ Idiots out of 7 billion people).
Just have a good life for yourself and fuck a few more idiotic humans into this planet is the normal way of human lifes currently, we already have way to much -but well- it seems we still need more or what? We have gone 2, maybe 3 steps out of rockbottom. No more. We are currently going backwards again.
Seriously at what point have we reached christ conciousness as you call it? EXPLAAAIIN!!!

As for survival: We are heading right i in the direction of extinction, you do realize this fact, do you? If we head straight down the path mankind is walking currently we will run into extreme global problems within likely not much more than 100 years. Depending on how this current situation turns out extinction could be right at our doorstep. But whatever it really is, it is nothing good.

More Poor Science

As mentioned before, I'm concerned that you are passing off theories as accepted, when the reality is oherwise. The Bermuda Triangle is a great example, and you touch on this in this video. Lloyds of London (amongst other insurers who provide coverage to cargo ships) has done studies on the area, to determine if any type of sea/air transport is at a greater risk of loss. Their researchers found that this region of the ocean is no more or less dangerous than any other. The U.S. Navy recognizes that the area has strong currents, but is otherwise not a region that poses any danger. The "Bermuda Triangle" theory stems mainly from one book by Charles Bertz, and the "research" that went into that book has been thoroughly debunked, including many errors in the coordinates of ships and aircraft that have been lost and relying on works of fiction as valid data sources. Most of the books written since then that purport to present "research" do not present research at all. They represent "communal reenforcement" by merely restating the claims of previous writers. What is untrue becomes "accepted" because it is repeated often enough.

You always ask the viewer to keep an open mind. I would suggest you do the same by using a critical eye to look at the uncritical research you cite. Though your flashes are relatively harmless, I can offer the example of Andrew Wakefield as a harmful example of communal reenforcement. While clinicians and researchers debunked his work and found fatal flaws with it relatively early on, enough inept researchers and others who were unqualified regurgitated his claims as valid, causing more people to view his findings about autisim and vaccinations as valid. Not only did this result in a great number of people pursing therapies that were ineffectual at the least and harmful at the most, but it also diverted resources away from the pursuit of more valid avenues of study. Even now, with Wakefield's work having been fully debunked, many people still believe it to be valid, simply because it has been aped over and over and over again.

As I said in an earlier review, if you are going to present this as informative, follow accepted guidelines for doing so. Present ALL research into your claim, whether it be supporitive or dismissive. By omitting the complete body of evidence to focus only on a narrow portion which supports your worldview, you are practicing some of the same narrow-minded science you have been critical of in earlier flashes. Or to put it more bluntly, if you were a grad student of mine presenting this as valid work, I would give you a failing grade, for reasons cited here and in my previous review. Hence the low score given to your flash.

There's some debate, but overall people find this review helpful
